This policy explains what information ChartSMM collects when you use chartsmm.com, our Telegram bot and our API, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: your login, email address and a securely hashed password (we never store passwords in readable form); your Telegram ID if you use our bot.
- Orders: the services you order, the links or usernames you submit, quantities and order status.
- Payments: top-up amounts, payment method and transaction status. Card and wallet details are handled by the payment providers; we do not store card numbers.
- Support: the messages you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect accounts.
2. How we use it
- to run your account and deliver your orders;
- to process top-ups and prevent fraud and abuse;
- to answer support requests;
- to keep the service secure and working;
- to meet legal and payment-provider requirements.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Sharing
We share only what is needed: payment providers receive payment details to process top-ups; the links and quantities of an order are passed to the providers that fulfil it; information may be disclosed when the law requires it.
4. Storage and security
We keep data for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for accounting, security and legal reasons. We take reasonable technical measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
5. Your choices
You can update your profile in your account and ask us to correct or delete your data by contacting support. Some records (for example payment history) may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
6. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for signing in and for security. Blocking them may stop the site from working.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
